Our operating principles
Skilara is designed to collect only the information needed to deliver learning, administer organisations, process orders, provide support and meet defined legal obligations.
Your learning record
Course progress, assessment attempts and certificates are private. Public certificate verification exposes only the minimum facts needed to establish authenticity and status.
Control and retention
The platform includes authenticated rights-request intake, governed access and export fulfilment, reviewed correction and objection decisions, reversible processing restriction, legal-hold-aware deletion, versioned retention policies and auditable review. Requests can require human and legal review, and records that must be retained for legal obligations are not automatically erased.
